1) Initial Meeting
During your first meeting with BC, we will discuss your design ideas and budget considerations. We ask you to bring your idea books, photos, and samples and from the jump, we collaborate with you on every detail. From basement remodeling to additions and all home renovation projects, we want your home design to be reflective of your personality and family’s lifestyle.
2) Custom Design
With your ideas in mind, Boerner Construction brings your vision to life alongside architects who help design your remodel or renovation. If you already have a full set of construction plans drawn up with your own architect, we’re able to collaborate with them and/or provide you with a bid for your project. Our design and construction process takes our customers from an initial vision to a fully customized design and set of plans. You will have complete design control, working hand-in-hand with both our architects, builders, and interior designers.
3) Design Selections
We work to incorporate creative design elements that add personal statements to your new home or renovation. Together we can look for design details that embody your unique story, whether it is an antique sink for your kitchen or reclaimed barn wood from a historic property for your fireplace mantle.
